I finally got back to the computer today and am posting several American Doll outfits that I have made in the last couple months. This first picture is a tutu and leatard. The first tutu for a doll that I have made and haven't added any fufu and will add more tulle on the next ones I make.

The leatard is made out of sequined lycra and lined. It sewed up really easy... but had to resize the pattern pieces. Always something.

This a dress that I recontructed out of a bedskirt that I had gotten at a resale store. I loved the embroidery and sewed around it. I got 3 dresses out of it and this is the only one I have left.

These are another apron and chef's hat in size 7 and then the matching apron and chef's had for the AG doll. It has Chef embroideried on each hat in front.
Got 2 other doll aprons and hats done out of this material.

This is the sleeping bag made for the AG or any doll about that size. They are made of flannel, lined with flannel with batting inbetween. It has a zipper around the 3 sides with an attached pillow

Another picture of same bag. I made 3 of them. 2 out of this fabric. and the first one has dogs on the inside and red on outside. That's the one I almost tore my hair out trying to read the pattern. I put the zipper in wrong side up and that's why the print ended up on inside. After that, the next 2 were a breeze.
I'm still working on my table topper in class this week . When I get it done, I will post that too. But now it is pinned ready for the quilting and binding, I guess. Have class Wed. evening. Molly

Two Birthday Presents....
The top picture is a sweatshirt that I embroideried with my machine. Barb loves cats and her favorite colors are grey, red, and black. Got all the right colors on the shirt.
Below is a picture of a casserole carrier made from 2 placemats and part of a matching napkin. Sewed them together on 3 sides, 4th side has tabs made with velcro to hold it closed, I added handles to carry it with and 3 tabs to hold the serving spoon. Very easy and fast to do. Added "from Connie's Kitchen" before I sewed them together.

I finally got the picture of the set of towels I embroidered for a gal that I went to school with. It's for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. The color didn't come out true. They are a med country blue with light tan embossing on them.

Well I finally got these pictures uploaded. The top and bottem pictures are in the living room. The top picture is the window that was 120 inches wide. Lots of material. The middle picture is the office spare bedroom. I didn't get a picture of the valance, but thats the bed skirt, pillow sham, pillow sham, and three throw pillows. We got a new picture software and my GD had to help be get them uploaded. LOL She's 14. It's so sad I am so computer brain dead sometimes...

chef's apron birthday gift

Here are pictures of the apron. I had gotten a bunch of blank apron sets from the spring sewing expo several years ago. Still have a few left and use them for BD gifts. They were a set of apron, pot holder glove, and pot holder. Got them for 5.00 a set, so it makes a nice gift. They were on clearance. Have several colors.

These are the 3 little Packer beach towels I made for the triplets 2nd birthday. Cann't wait to see them all wrapped up in them with their hoods on. They are all walking and starting to talk now.
